WARRANTY CLAIM INQUIRY

Our Warranty Policy

Just Intercoms offers a warranty period as follows:

  • Labour warranty – 12 months labour on all products installed by Just Intercoms. This also covers 12 months labour on any warranty claims and/or repairs or replacement from the date of installation.
  • If Just Intercoms is called out to a property due to an apparent issue with the installed product and it is found to be an operator error, Just Intercoms will invoice at the current rate for the callout fee at the time of the inspection.
  • Just Intercoms charges a labour cost after the first 12 months warranty to inspect and/or repair/replace.
  • Product warranty – All product warranty is covered by the manufacturer only and is subject to their terms.
  • Manufacturer warranty – Covers any malfunction or compromised parts within the manufacturing process, it does not cover the following:
    • Storm or weather damage including electrical storm damage in any way, water damage, sun or damage due to harsh weather conditions affecting product integrity e.g., exposure to sea air.
    • Misuse or compromised functionality/damages to the installed product by persons including vandalism and/or any other type of product tampering.
  • All other warranties are subject to the terms of the product manufacturer.
